Spotlessly clean everywhere. Very friendly staff. Wide choice of food at breakfast and dinner buffets. Excellent location right on Playa de los Pocillos - easily the best beach on the island. - We enjoyed every part of our stay at Hotel Las Costas and will defenitly be going again.

We liked the location and quietness of the area, it was really easy to find on our arrival in playa blanca, and the fact that we could use the facilities of the hotel volcan especially the childrens pool which was much warmer than the villa pool. The villas were very well presented and perfect for our family. We would definately choose to stay her

really nice villa, quality new interiours, good furniture, pritty
private swimming pool with sunbeds, calm and relax, 5 minutes walking to
a small village with many restaurants and shops, 1 minute walking to a
seaside promenade. Barbecue zone. Free (!) and fast wi-fi. Very
beautiful papagaya beaches are 10 minutes drive. Possibly there are some
other beaches close, but we do not know as we traveled by car. In
general high value

Everything!! We stayed in a three bed villa, it was gorgeous!! The interior design was lovely and the villa inside and out was spotless. It had a real home from home feel, in fact I wouldn't mind living in one myself!! The staff were really friendly and polite, and the reception staff were brilliant before and during our stay. Alondra Villas are exquisite, simply outstanding in every way! We stayed
at Alondra to celebrate a 50th birthday with family and friends and we
received a complementary upgrade to the Grand Suite, which is out of
this world. Wine and snacks were left complementary upon our arrival and
on the day of the birthday the manager sent a bottle of red wine. The
cleaning staff came everyday at a time we requested and the pool was

Fantastic, relaxing place. How wonderful to open your patio doors to the view of the sea. The Bungalows are exceptionally clean, all the staff are great, very helpful and friendly. The bungalows are in an ideal location. We would highly recommend the bungalows for a wonderful holiday. -

I liked very much the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, in particular the male manager (can't remember his name) and Nicola who helped me when I need to find medical help at short notice.
The service and selection at breakfast was outstanding and again, the staff who served breakfast were extremely helpful and friendly. -

What a gem this place is! From the minute we arrived, we felt as though we were the only people who mattered. Dany and Joaquim who manage the reception made us very welcome. The best accomodation (for leisure) I've ever had. Location: excellent if you're interested in relax and peaceful atmosphere, close to unique Papagayo beaches (15 min. walk) and ordinary Coloradamar beach for those lazy ones (2-3 min. walk) :). Two supermarkets are nearby (Roper: 2-3 min.walk, HyperDino:5-7 min.walk). Bus stop is right in front of reception. If you travel with children, the playground is 2 min.walk. Accueil sympa. Situation géographique parfaite. Très bel appartement, aménagé avec goût et bien équipé, situé dans un bel environnement. Parfait pour un couple avec deux enfants. Propriété très bien entretenue. Café, vin, pain, beurre et confiture à disposition lors de notre arrivée.
Nous séjournerons à nouveau dans cet établissement si nous décid

Calme de l hôtel avec piscine très sympa en front de mer. Hôtel excentre
du centre bruyant mais accessible a pied en 10 min. Repos assuré. Aller
au lany s snack ou au vino blanco pour une salade. -
