  Location! Its close to the beach and main strip,small supermarket. Very friendly staff at reception and restaurant. Light cleaning every day,changing towels and beds -every 2-3 day. Basic,but tidy spasious apartments. Free TV. No noise from main busy street.   I read how the apartments with the best sea view are a little tired. Yes they are but this little issue totally disappears when you consider the brilliant staff, incredible location and fabulous views. Just hope on my next visit I will be able to get an apartment here. Beach, shops and restuarants on your doorstep. Comfortable beds, daily cleaning and change of towels. Lucia and Isabel were so obliging and welcoming. Will definitely return with family.

  An Excellent hotel . The accommodation was beautiful with memory foam mattresses and everything you would need. We were half board and the food delicious. The choice was vast and we really liked the chefs who would prepare your meals and breakfast to order. We were given a picnic on the morning of our flight as we were too early for breakfa - This is a hotel located outside the city centre but well in walking distance. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are very spacious, are in fact apartments. Spa, gym and classes are payable. The room rate however is so beneficial and with this system you only pay when you use it.

  We really enjoyed our stay here, the apartments were basic but clean. The numerous pools were lovely and not over crowded. Plenty of beds available by the pool. The staff were fantastic, and the bar/restaurant had lovely food and great offers on drinks and also had entertainment every night. The location was so central, 2 minutes to the New town, ... ce que les gens disent » 5 minutes to the old town. The only negative (I don't want to write it in the negative column as it wasn't anything negative against the complex) was - Appartments were spacious, clean and well maintained. The entire complex was cleaned each morning, pools cleaned daily and treated each evening. Loads of sun loungers, all looked new and again well maintained. Food in the restaurant/bar was excellent and good value for money. Staff were friendly and very helpful, especially the restaurant staff and Evan in the pool side bar, very welcoming, friendly and brilliant with kids, ensured everyone was included in activities. All in all, really enjoyed

  The hotel was next to everything and it was also located near the waterfront so no need to walk up and down steep hills. It was a very short walk to Biosphera shopping centre and in the old town. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble!! Emma in the restaurant was just fantastic and there were plenty of sun beds at the poolside ... ce que les gens disent » ( which was very clean). A great place to holiday - It is an ideal location for the beaches, walks,harbour ,restaurants etc. No steep hills to be climbed to get back to your accommodation. The beds had real sprung mattresses and were very easy to sleep on. The staff were very friendly and the apartment was cleaned every couple of days,including a sheet change.

  Great location, the buffets for both breakfast and dinner are fine. The pool area is also a very attractive feature of this place. The room itself was practical and had airco, we didn't experience noise from the neighbors. I woud like to express my sympathy for the reception workers. We left in the evening and put our bags into storage when we checked out, deciding to spend the remaining hours on the lovely - We enjoyed everything about our stay.With in one hour of our arrival we upgraded to all inclusive from half board because we could see no reason to leave this place during our stay.The location is like a little oasis of heaven if you want to just relax and do as little as possible to recharge your batteries.It is so easy to get to from the airport, just a little over 10 Eoro's and about 5 mins.We will deffinately go back :-)

  - Nous avions réservé une villa pour 2 personnes, le site n'étant pas plein, nous avons visiblement été surclassés dans une très grande villa pour 6! Plutôt sympa! - le calme de l'endroit, très silencieux, loin de l'agitation - la villa arrieta en elle-même très bien pensée avec tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine (à l'exception d'un lave-vaiss... ce que les gens disent » elle), deux grandes salles de douches, des chambres spacieuses dont une avec un double lit king size, un grand salon, une table pour déjeuner à l'exté - Villas calme dans un village calme loin des sites ultra touristiques de la côte sud est et sud. Très bel aménagement (végétation, piscine, barbecue...) autour des villas. Villa spacieuse. Plage sympa d'Arrieta avec chiringuito avec tapas très bon marché. Proximité avec les sites Manrique les plus intéressants.

  The bungalows were spacious, clean and in a quiet setting a few hundred metres back from the main promenade of Puerto del Carmen. Self catering kitchenette was adequately equipped.
