We had a very warm greeting as soon as we entered the Hotel, from Alex. Although in travelling, my expectations do not include that everyone speaks English; but, your staff spoke it extremely well, which makes travelling so much easier. In the afternoon, we were always given superb restaurants for dinner, given by the young women on staff. All staff went more than the extra kilometre, to make our stay enjoyable. This hotel was a very pleasant surprise.Our room, A3 was super spacious,clean and well equipped.
The staff was beyond words helpful,truly caring and willing to fulfill any of our needs.

A very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble for staff. Superb level of service from all staff. One member of staff in particular (Yolanda) stood out as being exceptionally friendly and went out of her way to help. -

The apartments were right next to the metro and it was so easy to get around. The apartment was well designed and user friendly. The view was very nice. The apartment is located very close to the soccer stadium - walking distance. The bar downstairs had excellent food and the sangria was the best in the city (that I tried). Most of the staff was very friendly. The imbas next door was excellent and had delicious food. The coffee shop on the other side was the perfect place to start your day. Ove

charming. The person at the front desk, when we finally arrived, very
helpful. He even moved his car so we could park close to the hotel.
Breakfast was good,liked having the fried eggs, in addition to the other
