The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are very spacious, are in fact apartments. Spa, gym and classes are payable. The room rate however is so beneficial and with this system you only pay when you use it.

  This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. I returned to this hotel in just 3 mths :-) Staff provides professional services and they are really nice and helpful. Room is big and comfortable. Compare to the hotel with same price in Playa de las Americas, this hotel is really value for money. Hotel also provides shuttle bus services though it's not as frequent - We stayed here for 2 weeks Aug-Sep13 with three kids,12/8/2. The hotel is fabulous for families and couples. Staff at this hotel are absolutely fabulous, the hotel is very clean, very relaxing, beautiful apartments with total privacy. Sleeping is really relaxing as it's very quiet.No partying etc. The pools are wonderful, children's pool very nice and warm. Breakfast is to die for and plenty. I can not fault this hotel. We would be going back next year. Shuttle bus good, life guard for the pool

  The property, which boasts a 4-star rating, is located on the hillside of Costa Calma, separated from the main town centre by the fv-2, the main road running from south to north on Fuerteventura. We always walked to the beach, never took a shuttle. It is windy indeed, but it is on the whole island. And wind is a good advantage (we were at summer tome), because you don't feel the heat. Food was great. We had a full board. We are vegetarians and still we ate a lot. The beaches (10-15 minutes by bus) are the most beautiful on the whole island. We rented a car for 2 days, it was enough to explore the island. Had great time.

  Hotel has perfect location, very close to the beach. Rooms are very cosy, personal is incredibly friendly. We were staying with 8 month old baby and we were provided with baby bed, high chair. There were washing and drying machine available on the premises, which made our life much easier.
