Location! Its close to the beach and main strip,small supermarket. Very friendly staff at reception and restaurant. Light cleaning every day,changing towels and beds -every 2-3 day. The location and poolside bar. Apartments were fine.Very helpful staff and well maintained grounds. It is a perfect place for a relaxing holiday, its not the Ritz but you get what you pay for and this was top notch.

The apartament,s were so spacious and comfortable very clean the bathroom had a jaquzzi bath and the shower was fantastic the pool area was very tranquill with lots of greenery plenty of sunbeds and great pikla and a very tasty and friends pool bar.

I read how the apartments with the best sea view are a little tired. Yes they are but this little issue totally disappears when you consider the brilliant staff, incredible location and fabulous views. Just hope on my next visit I will be able to get an apartment here. I have stayed at around 10 different locations in Costa Teguise and this is by

These apartments are in a great location. Beach, shops and restuarants on your doorstep.
Comfortable beds, daily cleaning and change of towels. Lucia and Isabel were so obliging and welcoming.
Will definitely return with family.

Service de chambre et serveurs - helpfull staff, close to the airport, cental localisation, - Reasonable priced room price and services, pool, pool area, food in the breakfast, personnel is helpful, near see, sun is shining to pool area many ours, quite silent place to relax in october. We stayed here for 2 weeks Aug-Sep13 with three kids,12/8/2. The hotel is fabulous for families and couples. Staff at this hotel are absolutely fabulous, the hotel is very clean, very relaxing, beautiful apartments with total privacy. Sleeping is really relaxing as it's very quiet.No partying etc. The pools are wonderful, children's pool very nice and warm. Breakfast is to die for and plenty. I can not fault this hotel. We would be going back next year. Shuttle bus good, life guard for the pool

We really enjoyed our stay here, the apartments were basic but clean. The numerous pools were lovely and not over crowded. Plenty of beds available by the pool. The staff were fantastic, and the bar/restaurant had lovely food and great offers on drinks and also had entertainment every night. The location was so central, 2 minutes to the New town,

Appartments were spacious, clean and well maintained.
The entire complex was cleaned each morning, pools cleaned daily and treated each evening.
Loads of sun loungers, all looked new and again well maintained.
Food in the restaurant/bar was excellent and good value for money.
Staff were friendly and very helpful, especially the restaurant staff and Evan in the pool side bar, very welcoming, friendly and brilliant with kids, ensured everyone was included in activities.
All in all, really enjoyed
