The hotel is beautiful, very luxurious, and in many ways unique. The food was excellent, the staff very helpful. The nature reserve associated with it was very interesting, a real high point.

I like everything about the hotel facilities however the rooms need to
be more clean and disinfected because the room I stayed had little
cockroaches and other creepy things moving around which made it very

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at oasis lanz, the pool area was beautiful and well maintained.The location of the hotel is perfect and the staff were very helpful. We ate in the restaurant twice and the food was excellent value, the singer was great too. We are regular holiday travellers, so we have plenty to compare with. We would highly recommend this hotel and will return in the future.

Everything!! We stayed in a three bed villa, it was gorgeous!! The interior design was lovely and the villa inside and out was spotless. at Alondra to celebrate a 50th birthday with family and friends and we
received a complementary upgrade to the Grand Suite, which is out of

This is an excellent hotel! Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The spa is just fabulous, with its in-the-cave Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, water beds and other pleasures. The staff were extremely helpful and very courteous, nothing was a problem. The entertainment program was excellent with a different show every night, daily activities, and mini-disco for kids most nights which our son loved.
