  The location was wonderful - we visited just prior to the opening of tourist season, which suited us just fine. The area was very quiet, and everything was close and accessible. We were within 1k of the beach, and walked to the closest town in less than 15 minutes. Bicycles and taxis made everything else we wanted to see a short hop away. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, treating us as if we were - Location is great (700m to Cala Mondrago), everything in the house is in mint condition, very nice and stylish rooms. Breakfast was fine with homemade pastry (cakes etc.) Good pool so you can even not leave the hotel if you like. Yoga teacher comes to the hotel twice a week (10 Euro for a lesson). Best Mallorca's beaches are nearby or can be easily reached by car.

  When we arrived we had a fantastic welcome from Nora, who showed us to our room, told us about the building - which is beautiful - then provided delicious glasses of cava for us to drink. Our room was comfortable, with views over the mountains and the lovely garden. Breakfast was also very good. Staff is extremelly helpful and nice, they gave us a late check out, after we came back from the beach so that we can still have a shower and fresh up before leaving. Room was beautiful. Tappas in the evening were great, done by a chef that comes there few nights per week, a must try by the pool side! All restaurants recommended in town by the hotel were excellent. Highly recommend staying here!

  We loved the originality of Estellenchs and the Hotel Nord. With only 3 days there, we felt completely relaxed straight away. The hotel is an immaculate treasure and perfect for doing nothing but relaxing. Great restaurant close by and a terrace bar with amazing views and to soak up the evening sun all in 2 mins walk. Breakfasts is with a little choice, but owners vary it each day. The town is nice. The hostess (Penny) is very friendly and helpful. About parking: having read reviews I expected the worse, but - Nice room, view of vineyards at the back. The breakfasts are excellent. The dinner we had there was the best in Mallorca. Nice terrace outside with sea and village view. Lovely village and good swimming, lovely walks behind the hotel.

  Far exceeded our expectations (and those are high!) with location, cleanliness, food and service. This is a luxury B&B and the owners spend most of their time on the property making it as perfect as possible. The owners are not bothering guests because they are bored, but will engage if the guest wants to.   Just got back and everything about this place is as good as earlier reviews say it is. I was tempted not to add comments so I could keep this gem to myself. The Hotel Illa d'Or has a magnificent setting, with wonderful views both of sea and mountains; and located in a quiet spot towards the end of the Pine Walk, which makes a lovely short promenade to the centre.
