  Really nice staff, always happy and willing to help. Location can't be better if beach is where you want to go, only 100m or so (and S'Arenal beach was in suberb condition, really suitable for kids also). Also harbour for fishing trips was only 500m away. Dinner buffet cost only 4.5€ and the food was good so plus points for that also. - Very help... ce que les gens disent » ful and friendly staff, very clean, very close to the beach, shop, bus stations, really nice dinner with choices of fish//chicken/turkey/salads/fruits, etc. Wifi in 2 floors, safe to rent if you need. It is great value for the cost.

  position de l' hotel - Nothing - see below... - The pool was really nice. It had plenty of shade for those hot days. We had a room with a balcony over the pool which was lovely. The hotel bar was good and quite cheap.

  A very pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff. We took the half board buffet option and the food was good, well prepared and with a variety of options. The pool we used was extremely clean, large, with free towels, nice happy hour offers from 16:30 to 17:30 and almost always deck chairs to spare - the kids loved it! Wi-fi was £3 per day in room... ce que les gens disent » , but free and worked well in reception. I couldn't test the in room cable with my ipad but was told it worked well with Ethernet and laptop. Gym is - Probalby the best hotel in Mallorca! It's actually apartments so you can cook in there (all amenities available) and supermarket Eroski nearby. Very good value for money if booked in advance and not in the high season. Extremely clean, good sound isolation of rooms, good fitness facilities, sauna and indoor pool. We really liked the animators, quite professional and entertaining (arranged for quiz nights and local dances). Overall, totally recommended!

  Position close (5 minutes by car or by scooter) to Es Pujols but away from noise. Very good location and wonderful panorama. Room and hotel very clean. - I like the location, close to Pujol and also on the top of hill from which the view is great, especially at night. Food is good.

Clean and tidy, beds fantastic No springs or dips and drops....beds made every day ..cleaned rooms and more towels if wanted. Resturant staff, very friendly and polite. I can't fault anything. - Friendly & helpful staff without being too familiar help make this reasonably priced hotel a place to visit. It's in the centre Of S. Ponsa & just across from the beach. I'd have no hesitation returning.

  Reception desk was always helpful. Handy attached shop. Good value restaurant with friendly staff. Proximity of the sea (we swam every day before breakfast). Clean beach. Pool looked good but we never used it. Value for money (late May/early June). Self catering was useful to have. Towels changed daily and floor cleaned. Plenty of hot water. The renovated appartements are wonderful. The hotel is right at the beach you only need to cross a road !

Quiet area with mostly older Spanish pensioners staying there, lovely Spanish music wafting through the air as you look out on your balcony over the bay, yet accommodating enough for Ibiza shenanigans of respectful younger folks like us.
