  I loved the location,it was ideal for us; a gay 50yr old man, me (single woman, 42) and my son (19yr old drinking/clubbing fiend). You can exit the bungalows and turn left to get to the nearest fishing village or, turn right to get to Maspalomas dunes & Playa del Ingles.. Large, clean pool and small, friendly bar serving breakfasts, snacks and lunch on-site. Quiet complex with an older clientele when we visited. Located right beside Las Burras beach between San Agustin and Playa del Ingles.

  I found the apartments to be just what I wanted and really had the most fantastic and relaxing time there. They were quiet and peaceful with plenty of space around the pool which was clean and tidy. No footballs or lilos in the pool were allowed!!   Apart from the hotel which we LOVED, we liked the friendly locals. We rented bikes and cycled around and we were amazed by how nice all drivers were. Also when walking. Very good food in all restaurants we tried.   The villa was lovely, very clean and the facilities wonderful for a family. The kiddies pool is not very deep thus ideal for younger kids.   Reception: Great friendly staff. 24 hrs reception. Was very easy to check in in the middle of the night and also check out early morning. Location: Good location. Easy bus access almost to anywhere. To airport bus 66 and night bus 5 was very handy. Bus stop is 2 mins walk from the appt (in front of Yumbo). Dunes are 15 mins walk from here - Very good quality vs price. Location close to Yumbo (which is good when you party), not very far from Dunas and beach, large appartments, nice decoration, very comfy beds, free Wifi in reception zone + few PCs with a printer (so you can print you boarding passes). The hotel has a policy "Adults only" which is very good if you don't like kids screaming at the pool etc. Very gay friendly so if you don't accept it this is not a place for you. Overall for the price it's very good!

And of course it can be noisy but if you want peace and quiet maybe you need to be somewhere else.
