  All staff were very friendly, efficient and accommodating. Very relaxed atmosphere throughout the complex. Very clean even if a little dated. Excellent and very safe swimming facilities (2 pools fenced off with difficult to open gates). Hardly any guests used the pools. Nice garden with plenty of sun loungers strewn around.   Very clean and nice hotel. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean and homely. Location was perfect near the beach and bus station. Bed was comfort. Terrace had nice beautiful back yard.   Staff have always been helpful, this is the 5th time i've stayed here. On this occasion due to the air traffic control problem in the uk, i am in fact still here. Spacious two-room apartments with nice balcony view towards the pool. The balcony has sunlight in the morning. We loved the kitchen. The pool area was good. A 20 min walk to Playa del Inglés beach, but that did not bother us.

  tres bonne situation calme - For me the location was key...literally across the road from the Yumbo. For a gay man in pdi it was ideal for me - especially after a night out (no taxis to think of!). And of course it can be noisy but if you want peace and quiet maybe you need to be somewhere else.   Location near the beach and near the access to the motorway. Nice garden with a small pool. Apartment was spacious for two persons. Every two days cleaning and clean towels. The inland of Gran Canaria is beautiful. Nice weather in November and the temperature of seawater great.

  Friendly atmosphere, centric but quiet place, and really kind staff. It worths the money. - Location was good and apartment was clean and tidy. Availability of sunbeds was good as resort was quiet. Wifi available but intermittent.
