Key collection takes place at the office during the following times: Opening times in summer 1 April to 31 October: Monday to Friday 10.00-13.00 and 17.00-19.00 Saturday 10.00-19.00 Winter opening times 1 November to 31 March: Monday to Friday 10.00-13.00 If you wish to check in outside of these hours please contact the property directly. Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be rented for EUR 12 per person per week. A high chair can be rented for EUR 25 per week. Electric fans can be rented for EUR 10 per fan per week. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Calle Bacallar 12 , 3720 Benissa . Please inform Gila in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions.
