Absolutely fabulous hotel. It was recently renovated, so everything is still new and shiny. Extremely helpful and friendly staff. The rooms (with small kitchens) are very well equipped. There was even a dishwashing machine in my room which I have never seen in any other hotel. My room also had electric window blinds, large flat screen TV with surround sound bar and a subwoofer. The hotel has premium feel with clear Nordic/Swedish design style. Perfect location in central Palma.

What a wonderful city break we had. Staff are excellent, rooms were stylish and recently revamped. Seaview rooms had great glass walled balcony with spectacular views of the Marina and of the Cathedral. Bathroom has very large shower cubicle, stylish room. Position of the hotel was perfect. Lovely 10 minute walk along the marina walk to the cathedral and town. The 2 guys on the desk were very welcoming when we checked in and confirmed our earlier request for an early check-in ( it was 10.30 am ) and a room on a high floor with Cathedral view. The room was a good size ( at least twice as big as we had recently in Barcelona at the same price ) Bathroom excellant with Power shower . Although on the edge of the town it's only 10 min's walk to everything . Very nice quality Bedding ! Breakfasts are good with a reasonable choice of cereals , cold meats

Loved the designer looks,staff friendly very helpful, even when they mistakenly put us in the wrong grade room they rectified the situation quickly and couldn't do enough to help make our stay comfortable and stress free,the terraces are great the balcony on our room was large,the free loan of bicycles added bonus.great location centre of Palma with lots of tapas and bars close by.
