Location superb - pedestrianised shopping strip right outside your door. Very safe area. Extremely helpful staff-thanks Mary and George for a great and comfortable stay. Rooms are bright, decently sized and everything works unlike some 4 star hotels I've stayed at. Fast Wi fi connection. Would definitely stay here again. -

The boss is very nice. If you can meet him, you can get help, but it's not always there at receiption. The location is very good, but it's not easy to find it. -

It's an hostal, not an hotel. Said that, everithing was really good: WiFi decent, clean room (they clean it every day) and the staff is very helpful. Position is very good: really close to atocha, to the retiro gardens, the Prado, the modern art museum.. And close to city centre as well. In case in the district there are too different bars/pubs..

Safe. 24 hr desk. 3 levels of security; building, hotel, then your room.
Maid rearranged room for us after first night to better suit our needs(2 twins beds to a pseudo-double) and tidied our sloppy shoes.
Ultra clean. Like spotless. Pressed sheets.
I found this property with a price filter but will make a bee line there next time.

The Hotel was just like the reviews we´d read. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and staff friendly and helpful. Being so close to the Metro meant travelling into the center of Madrid was easy. The location is great. The value is great. Your really cant complain too much when it's about 30 euros a night in this location. Facility is a bit outdated, but it is cheaper and yet still a lot better and more comfortable than most hostels in Europe of that price range. It is clean for the most part and staff is friendly. We got a three people room for 30 a night.
