  The staff especially the receptionist Anna, were very courteous, polite and very helpful in every way, the set lunch in the al fresco dining room was lovely and good value. we arrived very late from the airport, 'after midnight on a Sunday' we were warmly welcomed and were served a simple snack supper of cheese, ham, and hot tomato bread, the over... ce que les gens disent » all offer was exceptional, will go again soon! - Excellent situation beside the beach, our room had lovely views and a terrace overlooking the pretty little bay. Very comfortable and clean with excellent service everywhere. A lovely corner in the bar area with blazing logs and tables for light meals and breakfasts (at this time of year!). Superb buffet breakfasts and good Catalan menu. I recommend the Bloody Mary made by Pedro !

  The hotel has been run by the same family since 1930 when it was either the first or one of the first hotels in Llafranch. Three generations (female) take turns at Reception and they are all very helpful, and friendly as is. the old family dog Perla that my children adored. Breakfast is a well stocked buffet, which includes the possibility of an omelette *but not - 1.attitude of staff : always very pleasant. 2. helpful : provided hair dryer (from somewhere!) 3. location just off main beach street 4. generous choice at breakfast.
