Such a welcoming hostel - the most welcoming I have ever stayed at - and relaxing too. The hostel is run by people who are staying there so you are all in the same boat. The hostel is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood that gives you a great feel of life in the city. The metro is barely 5mins walk and connects you straight to the city in 15mins.

It's a great, nice and cozy, place :) The owners are open and
friendly and they keep the place clean. We had a great time watching
the celebration of the lights at Horta streets, from the roof-top
terrace. We also liked the fact that the hostel was peacefull and quiet
althought it was fully booked. A big plus is the well equiped kitchen
and good acces to wi-fi. The hostel is close to metro station and there
are few shops nearby - but it may be hard to buy something during
siesta or on Sunday.

We liked everything. As we wrote last time, the place is great and
beautiful, the staff is very nice and helpful. The gardens are a nice
place to walk around. We didn't eat there but took advantage of the
vending machines. Metro station about 8 mins away (we walk at a normal
sometimes slow pace). We absolutely recommend it. -

The place is very beautiful, quiet and safe, you can stroll through the nice gardens. There's a chapel, a piano, a vending machine with coffee and snacks in case you don't take the breakfast.
