Staff were excellent and so attentive, despite speaking limited English they were always willing to help - ie giving directions, extra pillows etc.
Room was minimal but perfect for the price - had a comfy double bed in a private room that was quiet and had an AC which is all we were after!

I had booked two individual nights, and could easily swop them for the same room, and the very kind lady at reception just charged me very little extra for the more expensive 2nd room. I had a terrace, it was quite (except the bus) I loved looked TV in the lounge (Eurovision) with other quests. I loved it is really near the stations. I highly recommend it!

We were welcomed by a Spanish front desk clerk who spoke a bit of
English. When asked, transferred us to another room because wifi signal
was stronger. When asked, he also called Tapeo de Cervantes and booked
us a table for 2 in Spanish. Location is perfect, it is right in front
of the trainstation. Room is well presented. -

... ce que les gens disent » one of my favorite places in Malaga. It is next door to both the railway- and the bus station. A short walk to the old town with all its temptations. And the hostal itself with its cool marble floors is traditional, comfortable and homely. And to top it all: the prices are "affordable".
