La Cala was closed but we were upgraded to neighbouring Hotel Playa CalaMayor -both hotels in ideal location next to beach with good views.Hotel restaurant provided excellent breakfast and dinner buffets - Bus Stop into Palma was practically outside the door and it was right by a lovely little beach. The food was excellent!!!!!

Comfortable, clean room, with a view of the harbour (which we weren't expecting/hadn't paid for). Being offered a glass of Cava on arrival! Fabulous Jacuzzi on the roof with a view to die for (Cathedral, city, castle, harbour). Small pool. Food was excellent - we tried breakfast, lunch & dinner at the hotel - very fresh, tasty & large portions.

Extremely good service from all of the staff. We arrived late in the evening, the restaurant was closed, but they had arranged for us to have a cold meal in the restaurant! We had half-board; the food was really good, fresh and with good variation.

hotel was a wonderful surprise. The staff is courteous, helpful and
invisible. I was placed in a bungalow without've stated. Wonderful
view, excellent terrace, beautiful garden, everything was wonderful.

This is our fifth say at the hotel. We stayed in the Africa Junior Room for this stay as a special treat for my husbands birthday. The room was fantastic very up to date and just as the pictures show. I stayed in the Comfort class room with a friend last year and have also stayed in the Mallorca Suite. I would recommend that you upgrade if you can
