Value for money. It is a student house which works as the hotel over the summer, so as expected the room was basic, but it had everything I need like private kitchen and bathroom. So yes it is basic but cheap, clean and in good conditions and only 15 minutes walking to the beach. -

The room info given by the recidencia campus del mar is accurate. You get what they promise. Location was with in walking distance from the city center. Also a bus connection (bus 17) is near by. Staff is helpfull. The room was cleaned daily, even on weekend.

Everything. Very convenient location - less than 5 minutes from the beach. About 5 minutes walk to the L4 metro station. Tons of restaurants and small shops in the streets. I liked the crew behind the desk. They were really nice and helpful. Cristian, Micky and Rafael during the day and Dave and Jose during the night. They always made me feel welcome. the staff guys are generally nice-ish. The place is cool and looks great. I stayed in the apartment for 1 night where i got a room to myself and I really liked it. Clean, quiet and stuff. The mixed dorm looked fun too. Monday pub crawl and people were partying in the kitchen and stuff - it seemed very fun and I would have loved to join in had it not been for my long accumulated fatigue. Great place !

Wonderful stay. Central location in the beautiful and charismatic Gothic quarter, walking distance to Las Ramblas and the beach.Very friendly owners, provided with useful information and map. Also requested flight details so could greet us when we arrived, and provided very useful directions and map from Airport. Also free Wifi. I am pleased to tell that our family were very happy for the stay. The hotel stuff was reasonable friendly, but it was enough, all our questions were answered. The place is just great, you could easily reach Sagrada Familia or la Rambla by foot. The kitchen was clean an cauzy.
