  The vibe of the place was really good when I was there; people were very friendly and it was easy for someone travelling alone (like me) to make friends.   Helena, receptionist, always cheerful, professional and helpful. Stayed on well after her leaving time to settle us in after our late arrival due to problems with our pre-booked airport pickup.
