Pensión La Salve is not too hard to find if you do your homework. Look for it using Google Earth. If you go through Puente de La Salve it should be easy to get there. There is an easier way to go there without using the bridge, but you might have to find it there.

This is the second time we have stayed at Pension La Salve and we will stay again every year before boarding the ferry for our annual trip back to England. All accommodations are simple, and I think this makes me feel like home. My room had two beds, one tv, one desk with a mirror and one bathroom. Wifi works fine and the staff were really gentle to ask if I was ok with the noise (I think they're repairing some things on my floor), or if I'd like to change my room.

We stayed here for one night and found the staff fabulous. We were emailed once we booked to confirm they had the baby travel cot we needed. They also offered us a baby bath. While there they even shared a couple of toys with our daughter which she loved. The room was comfortable and the washrooms were clean. It was an easy walk to the Guggenheim

clean, ideal location ,warm friendly service. Breakfast is not served

It is also near the old town, just a river-across, with many authentic eateries to choose from...once fimiliar with the place, walking to Guggenheim will only take abt 10 to 15 mins

I am so happy because of this place. Personel was so kind and helpful.
Pension was always so clean. I didn't have bathroom at the room, but
it wasn't a problem at all, because it was next door and always free
when I needed. And sink was in the room. Beds were comfortable. Tv with

Pension Vista was a nice cheap place to stay for 2 nights. I just wanted somewhere to use as a base. The room was clean and the toilet and shower close by across the corridor. It was a little noisy at night and in morning as my room was above a bar. The owners were friendly and spoke a little English.

We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was very friendly and helpful (and
spoke excellent English). The room was so homey-it was nice to go out in
the rain and go "home" to a warm and comfortable room. The
heaters worked quickly and the room was large and clean. The breakfast

Really lovely apartment run by wonderful staff who were very accommodating and gracious to us after a misunderstanding with payment. The owner even offered us umbrellas due to the rainy weather! Apartment is spacious, super clean and right in the heart of Old Town. It's also very close to the metro making it easily accessible by foot and public transport. I would definitely recommend Arriaga Suites!
