The room is very nice, we booked the room for three. I think the size of room might be the issue for somebody but for us we think it is fair and lovely if compared with the price. The staffs are very helpful, although we have a little problem in communication but they are really kind and energetic. Love it!! -

Hostal Baler is considered one of the budget friendly hostals. Although the room was small, but for me as solo person was good. This is a modest accommodation in a very good location near the main
train station in Barcelona. If you are a walker like me, you can get to
all the sights by foot. Alternatively, you can get everywhere by Metro
which is a few steps away from the hotel. The room was small but
adequate, it was clean. It wan't pristine, but it was acceptable. My
room had a balcony which was an amazing bonus. The WiFi was strong. The
towels were changed daily. The hotel has elevator and a 24hr desk.
