  One pillow is a lovely little hostal 30m from the metro and 200m from the marina. The hostal its self is in a little side street and up on the 4th floor, look for the ally with the pub that sells gunnies, at the end on the left is the hostal. The staff speak good English and are friendly and if I go back to Barcelona will go back to this - Lovely and clean, was so much more than I expected for the price we paid! Got free wifi and breakfast was really good with a selection of juice, cereal and toast/crossiants and tea and coffee. Showers and toilets were really clean didn't have to que for the four nights I was there and it was fully booked during this time too. Staff were really polite and a perfect location just off La Rambla

  The location is perfect. Right at the end of la ramblas but without the noise. Feet away from the colon and the port. Also just across the road from Drassanes metro which is the green line that takes you to plaza catalunya, lesseps (where parc guill is), and passaige de gracia ( where casa batillo is).There is a supermarket and a bank right beside... ce que les gens disent » you aswell and the wax museum poster welcomes you into the alley way as you head to the hostal. Perfect. The hostal itself is new and the messages on - Pillow Ramblas is very conveniently located right on La Ramblas. Minutes walk to everything you need. The staff were absolutely delightful - particularly Eva and Gina - always smiling, always helpful. Rooms were newly renovated, very clean, bright, spacious. Breakfast was also very nice with a beautiful spread of pastries, sweets, hams, cheeses and a nespresso machine. Highly recommended, would stay there again without question.

  This is an excellent hostel, more beautiful and better than you imagine, it's got some cosy areas and the staff is super friendly! and although on the map it seems a bit up there, is actually very close to the most useful metroline that takes you everywhere within a short time. - We stayed 1 night at Serenity, and must say its a perfect hostel to... ce que les gens disent » stay.   This hostel is situated on La Rambla - So bring earplugs or stay up late! It is also close to subway Drassanes and busses to the beach (59, 64). a typical spanish building, with too small staircases, tiled floor and french balconys. Friendly, serviceminded staff, even though they did not speak english. Safe for valuables in my room. Tv, a sink and... ce que les gens disent » also a small radiator for cold days.... Cleaning every day. 24 h reception. Only one shower on each floor, but I hardly saw any other guests. - Everything was very good. The staff was kind and responsive, the room and bathroom were clean. The main thing I liked most of all was unlimited Wi-Fi Internet with good speed. Balcony faces to the main beautiful street Ramblas, so, you can see artists and cafes along the street during the day and night life of youth at night. The bed was soft and with clean bedsheets. And it is good that there is a sink in the room.

  I love this hotel. It seems that pension is ran by family and everyone are really friendly to help me with everything and they arrange me a very quiet room. Though the building is very very old.the interior of rooms and furniture are quiet new.The room is exacly the same as what you can see from the pictures.Every where in this pension is very cle... ce que les gens disent » an, the house keepers are very nice ladies and they do excellent jobs. This pension is very suitable for solo travellers who are looking for low-cost - The place is in a perfect location to go for a walk or to party around downtown of Barcelona. Nice and hospitality stuff, very friendly. Also valuable for the price and calm place if you need to rest or sleep after a great night or a long walk in the city. Highly recommend this hostel and will stay there for sure when I visit the city again.
