  Très bon accueil, les concierges de l'hotel sont tous accueillants et sympathiques. Il y en a même un qui parle français. Il y a aussi la situation de l'hotel au coeur de la Rambla, très pratique, animé, le balcon de la chambre donne une belle vue sur l'avenue.   The rooms were clean and modern. Looked fresh out of an Ikea catalog. Beautiful view of the city on the rooftop at the pools. Great location near Metro stops. Not a far walk to shopping/food/beach/sites. Loved the cafe on site. Lots of friendly travelers staying here. Met people from all over the world. Really enjoyed our stay here. I left my phone in the reception when leaving for my flight home. I rang the reception, when I got home, hoping they had it - they did and they did everything to help me get my phone back. I arranged courier to pick up and they had it packed ready for the courier - thankyou so much for the help!!

  I loved the presentation of the flats upon entering, the way the beds were made up, the fact that there was dishwashing liquid, tablets for the dishwasher, toilet paper, rubbish bags etc just to start. Lovely touches were the free bottle of wine and water, it's the little things.... Reception was always friendly and efficient and helpful. The space within the apartment 2. Being located in residential Barcelona was good so could sample how the locals lived 3. Having 2 showers was really useful 4. Having a balcony was good so we could dry our towels! 5. The utilities were good - kettle, fridge, etc - even towels and basic toiletries were included which was unexpected. 6. The complimentary bottle of Cava was a bonus!
