  The room overlooked the Dona Elvira Plaza, two french window/doors opened to take in all of the charm. Sidewalk cafes right outside the hotel made things easy. The hotel was very clean, attended to and the staff was one of the most cheerful, attentive and personable we experienced in all of spain. They made it special for us.   The hotel was w/in walking distance of all of the major sites. Also, it was a very quaint hotel room. We were happy that it was a single full size bed w/great AC (this is a great thing if you compare it to other hotels in Madrid & Barcelona). Also, the staff was very helpful. I enjoy watching a little TV before crashing and they had a great selection to choose from com - The location was great, close to all amenities, restaurants, bars, etc. Room had a nice decor and was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very cordial and helpful. Won't hesitate to recommend these apartments. It is important to note that taxis/cars are unable to go right next to the hotel/apartments since it is a pedestrian zone. So taxis can take you up to Plaza Santa Cruz and hotel/apartments are only a few minutes away.

  We arrived past midnight into Seville. They arranged for a key pickup with a local hotel so that we could sleep and checkin the next day. Maria at the desk is amazing. Amazing property, great locati - We stayed on the fourth floor and had amazing view of one of the Cathedral arches. Amazing to see this from our living room. Apt was nice size and easily sleeps five. One BR had queen size bed and other two twins. Living room also had full size bed in a nook along with a couch. Apt was clean and nice. Reception staff was nice.

  Crazily I booked the gorgeous rooftop apartment in the middle of July. After a couple of hours in the apartment we had to request a move - just too hot for us after arriving from the Melbourne winter. The staff were so understanding and accommodating. We were moved to an apartment on a lower floor and could not have been happier. The apartment was... ce que les gens disent » just as beautiful, comfortable, and thankfully cooler. The plaza the apartment is situated in is very nice, quiet and conveniently close to the Alca - The apartments are extremely good and real value for money. Maria who welcomed us was extremely friendly and very customer friendly too. We were pleasantly surprised by the Nespresso machine in the apartment too. The location is superb in the Santa Cruz area, literally just behind the cathedral. You can walk everything and you have the best tapas restaurants around the corner. These apartments are really to be recommended and so is Sevilla in general.

  Excellent location in city centre. The staff were helpful and friendly at all times and we liked the 24hr reception desk which made us feel secure in the hotel. The building had lots of character with lovely internal courtyards and interesting paintings and furnishings. We stayed in the junior suite (room 103) which was amazing. The whole suit felt very homely and relaxing an - The hotel is quirky - but very nicely so. The decor of old Spainish tiles in an ancient convent provides a comfortably and interesting historical ambiance. The hotel is clean and quiet, and the buffet breakfast is amongst the best we have enjoyed. Being only one hundred metres from the cathedral in the Santa Cr us district is a real bonus.
