  The authentic Andalucian building with orginal tiles & two courtyards. The staff were friendly & helpful and the location in the centre of town convenient for everything. The bed was extremely comfortable the room exceptionally clean with maid service daily. Room face either an internal courtyard or over the street with balcony as ours did... ce que les gens disent » . 3/4 bath and shower in a modern bathroom were very effecient. Excellent value for money that we have already recommended to others. - The brilliant hotel with beaitiful decor, amazing staff, that helps you so much that you feel like you are staying at the family house!   Hostal Fenix is simply perfect. We have stayed twice now and find the hostal central to everything in Jerez. The rooms are immaculate and the breakfast a lovely touch - and is a lovely finish to a lovely stay. The rates are amongst the best in Jerez and we commend this hostal to any professional person staying in Jerez. Do not be put off with... ce que les gens disent » the word Hostal. This hostal far out ranks some hotels we have stayed in... Literally a two minute walk and you are amongst the very heart of Jerez - Very personable proprietors. Easy walk to city centre. Don't let the title "hostel" fool you because it felt every bit like a family- run hotel. It was beautiful with sunlight pouring into the foyer. My room was spacious with a nice touch of the ancient wall exposed. High quality for price! I would stay here again, for sure!
