Nice little garden at the back so smokers in party were easy to eject. Very tranquil area away from the main road (though even the main road was quiet at Easter). Although we came by public transport, there is secure parking for those bringing their cars. Place is very secure generally. - Host is warm, friendly and very welcoming.
