I thought the place was fabulous as it consisted of a brand new, low rise building, housing 12 apartments in a beautiful garden full of palm trees, collected from all over the world and all meticulously labled. Just to say we both cannot praise Pablo the manager highly enough as he
was excellent. We traveled to the apt via a car hired from the airport
record go (will not use them again as no satnav available to hire
crazy!) due to this we were unable to fnd our way there and pablo bless
him came out of his way to guide us to the apt. What was even better we
managed to borrow a gps off him as he was so kind and took pitty on us
(left him a bottle of whiskey as a thank you). The location is amazing

L'Amérigo est vraiment le plus bel hotel d'Alicante. Ses cinq étoiles ne manquent pas. Que ca soit la chambre, le bar, la piscine intérieur, le restaurant, le bar à tapas, tout était d'une haute qualité. - Je l'ai adoré!!! Personnel charmant, serviable, gentil et à vos petits soins. It was brilliant. Great vibe off all staff from the reception to the cleaners. They always had a friendly hola! The room and breakfast was basic but that is what we expected for the price. Wifi was brilliant. Especially as tv was only Spanish channels and my Spanish is basic to say the least. Really close to beach and bus and tram links to other beaches. The milagrosa is smack bang in the old town with loads of places to eat for all budgets and it was buzzing as we went during the medieval fest

The location is perfect - close to the beach and marina but all the attractions of the city are also on the hotel's doorstep.
Friendly and helpful staff. Great wi-fi reception in the room and although the hotel is in the city centre there was little noise from the street so sleeping wasn't a problem.

A very nice hotel at a very good location, everything you may visit in Alicante is in walking distance. The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is OK, not something you'd eat for a week or so, but not bad either, however there is a breakfast place close to the hotel on the same or cheaper price level.

We stayed in this hotel just for one night. The room 502 was not big but clean and quiet. It had an a/c which is needed in summer. It was a simple room with two beds for 40€. Excellent price for a night mid August in Alicante if you need just a bed&shower. The hotel is very well located. -
