  We went to this hotel 2 years ago. They made a mistake with our booking so when I complained about it, the Manager of the hotel agreed to meet me and he gave us a room upgrade for free. The Food is top quality with a great variety and the staff cannot do enough to help you specially if you are travelling with small children.   The staff are very welcoming and all speak very good English. The rooms are spotless and cleaned every day and have lovely big balconies. Complimentary soap, shampoo and shower gel were provided and refilled throughout our stay. Breakfast was a choice of English or Continental and was all freshly made. Very good breakfast looking out to the pool not like in some hotels where the breakfast room is in the cellar with no windows.

  The hotel it's self was excellent . The room spacious with plenty of room to move around in a wheelchair .the only bad thing was I could not shower in there . But hey it's a week so can always manage to get washed somehow. I cannot say enough good things about the staff they could not do enough for us. The food is excellent and the staff are superb. Happy to give us a requested room if possible. Would highly recommend this hotel and will be back again .

  I have stayed at the Presidente several times. Always enjoy my stay as the location is close to the beach and the Town centre. Rooms are clean and tidy. Breakfast is of a good standard. - This is a great hotel right in the centre of Benidorm. The food was lovely and the staff were really friendly. We will be back next year
