  Le personnel attentionné et courtois, la propreté et le confort. - Great hotel. the rooms are excellent so clean and comfortable. Location was good not far from all the bars but far enough away to be quiet. The beach is 1 minute walk away. There is parking available off site but its close as well.   The hotel it's self was excellent . The room spacious with plenty of room to move around in a wheelchair .the only bad thing was I could not shower in there . But hey it's a week so can always manage to get washed somehow. I cannot say enough good things about the staff they could not do enough for us. Next time I am in benidorm this is the first ... ce que les gens disent » hotel I will be looking in to - We have stayed here several times,we live in Spain about an hour away, so it is great for us to drive there, put the car away and enjoy a relaxing break. The food is excellent and the staff are superb. Happy to give us a requested room if possible. Would highly recommend this hotel and will be back again .

  The food was of exceptional high quality and I could find no fault apart from the toast taking a long time to cook - we stayed there 5 years ago and it was nice to see that there food and everything was just has good

  The views are superb. The staff are exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The food and wines are excellent. The rooms extremely comfortable and luxurious. The hotel is an oasis of calm and comfort. - Hotel very splendid. Facilities were excellent and the general layout of the hotel was beautiful. Rooms were idyllic spacious and well designed.
