  Staff very helpful. Our dog had an accident and they were very kind - the staff were very helpful and polite making us very welcome. The fact we had a dog who was made just as welcome and allowed in the room was really great. I will use this hotel again.

  The staff are very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. My Spanish is very limited but they always took the time to make sure I understood how things worked there. Excellent food&wine in the restaurant, overall great service. I was able to park front of hotel. 2 small dogs with me were free of charge. Breakfast was very nice and the staff very friendly and helpful. About 10 mins drive to ferry.

  The apartment was clean with more than adequate facilities for a short break. There was an underground secure car park. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There is a supermarket, restaurant, two bars and a fabulous pizzaria all within a five minute stroll. All in all the perfect place for a short break stay on the outskirts of Santander. - Clean, spacious for 4 persons, well equipped. True, we spnt only 1 night, travelling from by car from Barcelona to Comillas,Santillana del Mar. Underground garage facility included in the price. Easy breakfast, more than nothing, was not expected but got. Very good Spanish restaurant in 300 meters. Very kind and helpful staff.
