The manager was excellent and did all she could to make our stay a pleasant one. For the price, the facilities were much better than expected. Our stay was relaxing. There is plenty to do around St Lucia with the various parks and wetlands. -

Classy, lovely finishes. Great service from staff. Our 7 year old really wanted pancakes for supper. Our waitress asked the pastry chef, who sent out 6 delicious pancakes with syrup - which we all devoured! -
Friendly professional greeting in the car park, reception was quick. Room and bathroom were clean, well appointed, beautifully decorated.

Friendliness and efficiency of the staff. The special price made it possible to upgrade to an executive suite room which was very comfortable. The Staff is friendly and very professional! The service was excellent, the hotel is beautiful and peaceful. It has a nice relaxing atmosphere.... I would definately book at the hotel again as well as refer people to book there....

Me, my hubby and 2 year old son had a fantastic stay @ the Coastlands on the ridge hotel. Excellent young staff at all points.They seem to want to help rather than just provide service. The arrival & departure was warm. Even the security person in the car park wanted to do something to please.The young people in the reception and dining room were excellent.

The hosts Gavin and Jenny were fabulous. They made us feel so welcome and at home. They and their staff are very professional in what they do. The quality of the food, breakfast and dinner, was very good. This is really a beautiful place to stay. the gardens are very luscious and green. Hospitality is great. Wendy and Tony and their staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home. The bed was very comfortable. I had a lovely swim in the pool and enjoyed their prolific garden. The breakfast was enjoyable and well served.
