If you're going to Addo this place is ideal and the hosts Isabelle and Christoff are most obliging - Isabelle and Christophe were the most brilliant hosts and ran the hotel in a lovely relaxed manner. The room was wonderful and the outdoor shower enchanting. It was a brilliant place to stay for the Addo Elephant Park just 10 minutes drive from the gates. I would definitely stay there again. The food was very good, the room clean and very comfortable.

  Great place to stay! We were welcomed very friendly, the guesthouse is on a beautifull orange farm, everything well organised and clean. We had a very nice diner and breakfast. The staff aranged a great game drive for us in de Addo park with Crisscross Adventures which was one of the highlights of our trip.   The staff at the Fernery were so friendly and helpful. The attention to detail and care that went into the evening meal (a prepared barbeque) was amazing and we felt really spoiled. I'd highly recommend the Fernery but would suggest a stay longer than we had (only one night unfortunately) as there is so much to experience. Also the Boxer dog belonging to the owners' son is the most gorgeous dog I've eve - My wife and i stayed in a B&B Chalet for 3 magnificent nights. The accommodation was extremely comfortable and the food, especially the dinner and the homemade bread served at both dinner and breakfast, was absolutely delicious!
