  After a day on the road coming to the "Vineyard" is like paradise. We were upgraded to the garden suite at no further cost and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Literally 10 minute drive from Stellenbosch and 3 minutes away from Somerset West this is a good location for outings - or just to relax in the lovely garden and on the spacious pool. Theresa and Coete are utterly charming hosts: they gave me medicine and helped nurse me when I had sunstroke, gave my wife a blanket to keep her warm at the rugby and lent us their gps to get there. Beautiful accommodation, really comfy bed and option to dine on site. More like staying with friends than a B&B.

  Location: out of the city, therefore nice and quiet and very picturesque, but yet close enough to Somerset West and Stellenbosch Centre and under 30 minutes’ drive to the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town.   I highly recommend Beau Belle cottage if you are staying in the Stellenbosch area. It is cozy, clean and has all the amenities one could need. The shiraz is excellent, too! - Everything! We were greeted every morning by Nish and Ego, the friendly dogs. The lovely Shiraz wine.

  I enjoyed the fire place in the room. Kept us warm for the rainy weekend. Beautiful vista. Most importantly the food. Thanks and compliments to the chefs - Outstanding guesthouse, really beautiful rooms, we had to leave early in the morning and the staff prepared a take away breakfast for us. Great value.
