  The hotel and staff extremely welcoming and friendly. The room exceeded my expectation and would happily recommend it to anyone going to Cape Town. Not only did I organise my own accommodation but booked for 12 other people as well and they all were extremely happy with the facilities staff location and enjoyed their time there.   it's at the city centre. a block away from the metro station and other historical tourist attractions. it's a few minutes walk from the waterfront too. the breakfast buffet is also fulfilling. i wonder if they change the menu, however, 2 days worth of buffet was fine with me. the room was also very spacious and offers a good view of table mountain... ce que les gens disent » and the other buildings. i fell in love with capetown and wanna live there for a month or so. i'd definitely go back and recommend this hotel. - Maybe I was lucky but my room was very large, at 9th floor with a nice view of the city center. Also the bathroom was big and clean. Well located in the center in st georges mall street near shops and not so far from green market square. Good breakfast served in a separate cafè close to the hotel. Good free wi-fi signal. The reception/congierge is very efficient and gave me information on tour and restaurant were to go.

  We liked everything. The hotel deserves 4 stars, sadly, however, i'msure it counts against them that parking is a problem, and they don'thave a kitchen that provides room service. - the hotel was situated very central. Staff are very friendly.

  We have never seen a hotel like this, everything was really wonderful. Upon our arrival we were even upgraded (for no additional costs!!) to a Luxury Suite. The stuff was really helpful and very pleasant, rooms and bathrooms were very clean and very spacious. The hotel is situated right in the city centre, just 2-minute walk from Long Street. Also, the hotel arranges airport transfers and the guy who was - The willingness of the staff to find solutions to problems. Our reservation had somehow not come through correctly via letsbookhotel.com and they did not have any rooms left. The offered us a room at another hotel, and eventually they arranged that we could stay in the original hotel but in a larger room than booked.
