Marion Lodge is a good place to stay if you're in Joburg. The bedroom is big and clean. The breakfast is good as well.

We only used this place to start our trip through South-Afrika.
It has lots of nice stuff to do for it's guest. A nice big jacuzzi, pooltable, sauna, you name it. It has a nice small colony of birds in de garden that you can feed. We had the little cabin in the garden which had a very nice shower and a great feel to it.

Very clean and comfortable and over- the-top spacious. Everything a family would need for an extended stay (except a wine corkscrew). Great breakfast. Easy cheap shuttle to airport. Good price, facilities and location. Obliging staff.

The pictures are as you find it. A beautiful boutique hotel. We had room 11 for a full week, which was a huge apartment with a big patio outside overlooking the pool and garden. Excellent place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff, excellent decore, excellent breakfast, and very, very clean. We will stay there everytime we travel to Joburg. -
The receptionist was very friendly (I think his name was Isaac) and he explained everything regarding the room and breakfast very well. Very friendly.

Very nice place. I enjoyed my stay there. The owners are really nice people, great staff, yummy breakfast, very comforatble rooms, nice environment with nice collection of antiques. I got free rides to nearby places from the hotel management.
Overall it's a great place. I would recommend Northcliff Manor GH to anyone anyday.
