Best hardware of all hotels I have ever stayed - Atlantic Ocean View in front, table mountain at back, big / beautiful / clean house with a big heat swimming pool best hospitality - they can arrange most tours for you with pick up from the guest house, great breakfast, nicely offer late check out and free laundry (i havent seen ... ce que les gens disent » this service before). in conclusion, they think as if they are the guests instead of owners - Beautiful Guest house, lovely staff, amazing views, although it's not cheap it is very good value as you are given lots of fabulous little extras and the welcome high tea is delicious. Very highly recommended.

The lodge has a hire car available. The rooms are attractive and very clean. W - This was a delightful place to stay in a lovely tastefully furnished Victorian Lodge. We were made very welcome and nothing was too much to ask during our 4 day stay. The rooms were very comfortable with an excellent shower. Thank you to all the team that work there for making our stay so enjoyable!

  The kindness and help,support of ALL staff. Absolutely the best hotel we have ever stayed at including all other " One & Only". we really liked it !!!   I usually stay at the Waterfront and only chose the Taj out of neccesity because everyone else was full with Argus bookings. I was very pleasantly surprised. This is an excellent 5 star hotel at a fraction of the cost of some competitors. The city location is vibrant and interesting.   This was probably the best service i found in South Africa. You could compare with a service in Europe. The food was divine and you don't need to be Hungry to eat this lovely food...The garden was magical and surprising for 25 min from town...no need to go to Franschoek or Stallenbosch.   From the minute we arrived the service was impecable our car was parked no fuss, we were early for the book in but were offered a complimentary beverage whilst waiting and the pleasant surprise we were upgraded to a larger famiy room with the best mountain view ever the convenience of being connected to the shopping mall is also a plus the room ... ce que les gens disent » service was quick and the staff friendly the room amenities were great and the reataurants were out of this world....then breakfast came the buffet se - We were overnighting prior to a long flight the next day to Dubai/Kabul. This could not have been a nicer stay. Car parked, check in seamless, room very nice. Our view was an ocean view which was great. The convenience to the waterfront activities and shopping was excellent. Late night coffee and cake in front of the fireplace was superb. The breakfast buffet was possibly the best we have had, just fabulous. Staff were all on their game, excellent service.

  Honestly say this is one of the best if not the best hotel I haver stayed in. Staff amazing, cinema for the kids, lazy leopard bar for great cocktails food and views, best hotel breakfast I have ever had and rooms to die for. Just amazing - Staff very friendly and efficient. Very good wine tasting with food pairing in restaurant.

  Candice, one of your travel agents/assistants, went above and beyond to make sure all our questions were answered and all our tour arrangements were completed...She is a treasure for V&A! Don't let this one get away!! Similarly, the breakfast staff (from our hostess to our waitress) made each morning a joyful experience! What a refreshing de... ce que les gens disent » light...A breath taking view of Table Mountain and the waterfront accompanied by individuals who made sure we were served remarkable meals in a profes - The location was great, lots of choices for dinning and shopping and centrally located so that made it easy to get out and about. the Waterfront was well sign posted for visitors unfamiliar with Cape Town so that was a huge plus when going out and then returning, we never got lost.... being on the harbour withthe excursions was a plus as well. We could not have been happier wioth our choice of hotel, and would stay there again should we visit.
