Charming helpful staff at this waterfront guest house - huge room with freestanding bath and separate shower and loo - very bijou chic full english bfast plus cereal, fruit and yoghurt. Small plunge pool on sea facing terrace. Bar open till last man standing (falling). Michael must be singled out for his excellent customer skills but all the staff were exceptional.

The location is one of the best features of Primi Seacastle. The wonderful view to the ocean which you can enjoy even when lying in bed or stepping out to the balcony. I felt very much comfortable and cosy while staying there. Breakfast was nice and nutrious to give the day a good start. The staff were being helpful with us and we thank them for that. Michael treated me like I was the King of the Castle, and like I was his only guest. Awesome views of the ocean, sunrise and sunset from the deck. Room large and comfortable. Brilliant location on beachfront. Great value for money. Tasty breakfast. Great service from authentic staff. Loved room 4 in which we stayed had a large king sixe bed, the most spectacular view of Camps Bay beach and a large balcony (great for afternoon suntanning). Breakfast we good, a decent selection of fruit, yogurts etc... Pool was smaller than perceived in the photos. Great hotel manager that made the other staff shine though some of them certainly could use a little training. Not the greatest luxury but situated at the beach and close to good restaurants makes this a good choice that we will come back to if we visit again. Nothing. Better signage from the beach road would be advantageous for parking. Key-based room and safe lacked sophistication. Cupboards and ceiling looked a bit cheesy and out of place. Not much I did not like but at departure the young girl in reception had more focus on her nails and the private phone call she was having than on saying goodbye. The parking was a bit of a problem and the Primi signs myst be more visible from the back entrance from road. The parking is a problem. *Difficult to find the entrance from the main road, follow the instructions on their website. the parking vacilaties were a big problem-the owner gets first choice and i had to get up and move my car for him at 6am in the rain,now thats a problem !!!!!!!!. the fact that we could not watch some television as part of relaxation afternoon. The seating's & tables in the dinning room is a bit tight, the area is a bit small for 6 tables and chairs. Poor room wifi No full DSTV Lack of parking space. Unable to see hotel sign from road, due to overgrown bushes, so difficult to find. Parking a bit of a nightmare, due to lack of space. Breakfast area cramped. Bathroom in our room a bit outdated. The hotel generally seemed cramped. Limited parking. Poor television coverage. Basic toiletries. Could do with a refurbishment but from what I saw I think they are already working on this. The only thing I can complain about was the weather! All else was fabulous. The room was dirty- you could see that no one cleaned the toilets for a while. The shower didn't drain as it should so when you tried to take a shower- you actually took a bath. Nothing. Breakfast room too small!. Lack of a good front entrance; parking a bit iffy. would love a microwave in the room. Lady taking orders and serving at breakfast needs more training. hot water trickled in shower, too hot and too cold swing within seconds; parking is a challenge. If i had to pick on something i would say that the room was a bit small for two adults and one 4 year old. The room had no window. Parking could be a nightmare! The overall interior is "shabby/worn" and not upto standard for a 4 star! I wouldn't want to stay longer than a few days as the rooms are cramped for space and all seem to be "on top of each other"... We received an excellent rate to book the accom because it was WINTER but I would not pay the full price advertised for this venue, it's not worth it. They didn't offer coctails at the bar and so special turndown for our honeymoon night. Bath did not work. Shower head broken. No parking. Very little tv channel choice and bad picture. The electricity of my room was not working on my arrival and I had to move to a very small room with my family and we all had to sleep at the the same bed... The problem remained on the following day and the people there were not giving the properly attention to the problem... End of history, I decided to ask for a refund and move to another place.
