We were self catering and there is a very well equipped kitchen in the main house together with lounge area and plenty of seating. Very good restaurant adjacent, too. What other reviewer say and Brian and family is true. They treat you like old friends from the moment you walk in the door. in a five star hotel! They were happy to arrange activities, give advice etc. Nice and quiet - I always got a good nights sleep. Definitely stay here - Jenny, Brian and Andrew were absolutely wonderful hosts in this family-run field experience. Just marvellous. It's a pity we had just 2 nights with them. The location is excellent for access to the surrounding area, which is full of fascinating phenomena.

On arrival had a great welcome from Anya. Dinner as requested which was tasty chicken pie. Got to see some buffalo out in their reserve which was a nice surprise. very good, hosts were very welcoming and took us on a guided tour of the estate including a Xhosa hut replica and giraffes. The pool side was probably the highlight, pity we only fitted in one braai there.

We stayed in this B&B after having visited the Addo Elephant Park. Although we only booked a couple of hours ahead, everything was ready when we arrived (including dinner!). the owner (owners were on holidays) – everything was perfect and we really felt like at home. We had good discussions and learnt a lot about oranges. - Such a wonderfull welcoming and personal feeling, and the hosts make you feel you're visiting as family! Very nice room, perfect bed and a nice breakfast served on the veranda overlooking the perfect kept garden. I can really recommend staying here, we got good info and help booking a very nice private game sightseeing (besides seeing Addo).

hough we did not have the time to rent the canoe to paddle the river that would have been delightful. With a deck and cozy corner to sit we very much - Very nice nature and eco friendly place where we could enjoy relaxing. Especially thanks to the staffs. They treated us with kindness, even when we arrived very late - actually very early in the morning - they waited for us with many calls to say "Drive safely". I eager to visit and stay there once again.
