Made a transit stop at the hotel, as it location next to the main highway, but in very quiet place. The bathroom is clean and spacious.Bed is comfortable. Wonderful yard for parking cars. Breakfast is good and sufficient, including ham, sausage, cheese, coffee, juice. I recommend this hotel as an excellent stopover for transit travelers. -

Beautiful rooms, although a little bit small, great shower. Not a big problem as I didn't spend much time in the room. Very helpful, nice staff. The warm chocolate chip cookie on arrival was a nice touch! Great location in the old town. -

Staff in front desk is nice but the boss not. 5 eu for washing machine only no drying function. Dont misunderstand it. The downstair cafe is great atmosphere but u pay everything without discount. -

On arrival we had complimentary wine and a name plate welcoming us to city Residence. this attention to detail was welcoming and nice. The choice of breakfast was extensive and arrived each morning at the designated time. Staff spoke excellent english. They also gave us a map with various restaurants on it this also proved to be a great resource. -

The staff was extremely friendly, they spoke English very well, and were absolutely wonderful about telling you the best places to eat traditional Slovakian food or where to go to see things in Košice. The breakfast each morning was terrific. The hotel is in the best location possible, right in the heart of Old Town Košice.
