  On arrival we had complimentary wine and a name plate welcoming us to city Residence. this attention to detail was welcoming and nice. The choice of breakfast was extensive and arrived each morning at the designated time. Staff spoke excellent english. They also gave us a map with various restaurants on it this also proved to be a great resource. -... ce que les gens disent » This hotel is really good reason to visit Kosice.   A very friendly welcome; the price of a room was more expensive at reception than on letsbookhotel.com, but the receptionist gave me the wifi password so that I could book through letsbookhotel.com on my phone and save €20 on a two-night stay. Great location, on the main street. All reception staff friendly and willing to help. I was moved to a diff - The staff was extremely friendly, they spoke English very well, and were absolutely wonderful about telling you the best places to eat traditional Slovakian food or where to go to see things in Košice. The breakfast each morning was terrific. The hotel is in the best location possible, right in the heart of Old Town Košice.

  Location was great for what we needed. Short walk into town. Hotel has ample free car parking. Very helpful reception staff able to converse in several languages including English +++++. Breakfast was lovely and fresh. Great standard of accommodation and ambience.
