The nice view out of the window and the mirrors everywhere.. Location is superb, no need to worry if it rains..

The controlled volume of the tv.. its too soft and cannot go higher then 45

At first I have booked the weekend package and requested a smoking room. Since the hotel practices strict policy on non smoking in their hotel rooms we were suggested the pool terrace room which has its own balcony and facing plus direct access to the pool. We loved the room. We will definitely stay in the pool terrace floor again.

The choices of food menu is limited. Plus we are Muslim hence, would appreciate if the meat I.E. chicken, meat is Halal.

I like the environment of the hotel, the location and the staff are friendly.

There was a bad smell in the bathroom. I reported it but nothing seemed to be done about it.

It is a good hotel, nice rooms, good location.

Internet connection was a pain. Even though I had a Marriot card, I needed to reconnect every time I came into the room. I also think it is too pricy. Next time, I will look for alternatives.

A little bit far if go back to hotel by taxi, we should make a long U turn. But its OK.

Staff were fantastic, rooms nice,pool great, gym good, location perfect.

Was a bit disappointed when the final bill came and they overcharged us by 1400 $ (not a small amount) and even double charged us. Just a small issue which just leaves you with a 'bad taste'. Drinks around the pool ridiculously expensive

Excellent location of hotel at Orchard Road. Very professional staff. Singapore is very clean and safe city and place of excellent order. Must-see for all travellers. Stay like we, for two nights.

Singapore is (when compared to e.g. Thailand) very expensive city or country however you like to say it, so it is horrible to notice how much higher prices are there.

pool terrace room No. 9 --shower was disgusting despite good location to combine resort type holiday with business/shopping Hotel staff were able to make amend by upgrading to a Junior Suite set back by getting food poisoning for one day after eating hotel seafood laksa cos they ran out of signature dishes!!! Lesson- do not eat hawker food in a 5 star hotel cos of turn over

Possibly the worst satay I have ever tasted, ordered from room service. Tasted and looked deep fried. Average rooms, fridge did not work.
