Room is big. Bed is very comfort. Breakfast have everything we need. Location is very strategic, right behind Grand Park Orchard. If you go on foot, The fastest way to get to the hotel is from Orchard road using the alley between Grand Park and the unfinished building beside it. Walk 15 steps and you arrive at the hotel. Loved the room, very comfy beds and great to have selection of pillows - firm / soft.
Maybe the hotel was quiet but no noise from other guests on the floor, which I appreciated! awesome location.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was a fantastic bonus

Location of the hotel is definitely an advantage to its guests. it has a very good and accessible location.
Staff are friendly and accommodating especially Anthony, Wani and the other old guy who looked for our taxi. They speak English fluently.

Ken or Kenneth (i think thats his name) from Frontdesk is great! He is tge person who attended to us when we arrived and when we left. A very very nice and polite person. He is very helpful to us telling us where to go and how to go to places.
Also, the bus driver at night. Just wasn't able to get his name but he is cool.he always say good eveni

I was traveling with my 5 children and my mother. Family rooms are rare
in Singapore from my research. The interconnecting family room at Days
was great. The staff were wonderful especially the Bell boy - he gave
us directions and helped get us to where we wanted to go on numerous
occasions. He even helped load our luggage into taxis even though he
had officially finished work for the day. The hotel is a little out of
the city but they offer a great free shuttle service to the train.

Location is excellent, 10-15 minute walk to Marina Bay etc. Lovely walk down too. Staff were great. Yes the rooms are small but it wasn't a problem for us - we spent more time enjoying the city and the hotel was mostly used as a place to get our heads down. People have mentioned about the toilet getting wet when you shower, the bathroom is more of

I stayed for 2 night with my wife and my daughter...overall good
..especially cleaness, quietness, all equipment running well ....air
condition, hot & cool water, lighting, pillow, bed sheet, towel,
etc and very near with shopping center...just across the street for
sight seeing or dinner in high or cheap price.... More than that mrt
station just a few step. Room size small, but I think this is normal
for S'pore ...the only country with expensive living cost in
south east asia
