The clean environment and warm hospitality as well as the excellent
location. Food is also tasty and delicious. The view on the Haram is
amazing and relaxing. Overall it was great to stay in this hotel and I
look forward to stay there again in the future. -

An overall excellent experience. Value for money. Couldn't have
asked for or expected more. We arrived from Dubai by car - and the car
was immediately whisked away to the well maintained parking easily
accessible from the room. Since we were usually sleeping post breakfast,
the room boys accommodated our request to service the room at Zuhr time.

Excellent 5 stars hotel , I loved the Traditional Arabic style of this
hotel .In addition, I loved the stylish brass works with Quranic quotes
in the lobby and inside the room , You may face plenty of brilliant
Arabic calligraphy works where ever you look. Front desk personell were
professional , charming ,and willing to help. The hotel provide a water
heater and stuff to make tea and coffee inside the room for free .

I read the previous reviews here after making the booking and therefore was skeptical.
But I was not expecting a friendly and polite saudi receptionist. He seemed new at work and apologized for delay.
My parents are very picky about cleanliness and they were very pleased.
Breakfast was everything we expected for the price we paid.

The hotel has many good points and when compared to the rest of the 5 star hotels in Madinah it stands out. It has a peaceful feeling about it and is located close to the Haram. Staff was very helpful, when I reached the room was not
ready/available because it was very busy, so the duty manager
instead of double bed, he gave me a 4 bed large room in the same price,
which was excellent and I really appreciated it, because I had family
and young kids so quick check in was brilliant, although the check in
starts at 1400 hrs I was checked in at 10:00.

This hotel sits very close to Propher(SAW) Mosque, hardly one minute,
check-in was prompt. Shopping choices are at door step,there is also a
food court nearby (though we find it late). Breakfast was good and
filling and I really liked resturant people behaviour with young kids. -

The very courteous and polite staff.
Check-in was very swift and while doing so had a friendly chat with Mr. Ahmed.
Another one of the staff actually went down to the pharmacy with me to get some bandages for my son.
The customer service was so good that i could not believe it is possible in ksa. -

This was the second time I have been to Sufra Al Huda. This time I felt even better than before. First off the price was the best available. Location is very close to Haram.

I recommend each and every one to choose this hotel .The first and
formost thing is its only a walkable distance from Masjid Al nawabi.
Very clean & Hospitable people.The only thing I could feel some
difficulty is the Communication Skill of the staff in the restuarant.
At;east they should understand english .because people are coming from
different part of the world and the medium of communication would be
English after Arabic. Other than that it was excellant and thanks for
your assistance

Brilliant room service and room cleaning and maintenance. The rooms are the best 3 star rooms you can get in Madina - the competition is way behind in room decor and service for this level of star. In fact many of the 4 stars cannot compare. -

Friendly staff though it took me a long while to check-in as it was Friday afternoon. Gave me a free upgrade to haram view room. Clean comfortable facilities. Excellent location for men to make it to the first few prayer rows. Markets close-by. -

Location. Overlooking the Masjid Al Nabawi haram and very convenient for
attending prayers. Courteous and helpful staff especially in the very
busy restaurant and the reception. A plumbing problem in one of our
