  Traditional hotel from old times but well modernized and maintained. Fairly comparable with western business hotels. Good location next to underground station. We were given a junior suite by price of standard twin due to booking situation and arrival at 19:30 so can't review normal room but suite was excellent. As a coincidence we met the lady who had made our sign-in one hour later at u - Perfect location. Minimum time spent for registration to hotel. Unexpectedly tasty breakfast with lot of options.

  Nice. Very friendly and helpful staff. Best loacation, everything you need (sights, shops, cafes, railroad and bus stations etc) is near or takes not more than 10-15 min walk. Good word for water in hotel: water is ok, no smell, though when you turn tap, you should wait about 15 sec to get hot water out of it. Good location, comfortable and clean hotel and operated like western hotels. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful and they spoke fluent English. This all gave a feeling of being welcome there.

  Location is convinient. Breakfast is OK. I arrived in the morning and immediatelly got a room although coming before check-in time. I appriciate it. - It's LOCATION,very good for tourist. One can find an indian restaurent "TANDOORI NIGHTS" near issac church, 20 minuts from the hotel by taxi/bus.

  We get the smart deal so the room was big for a small price. This is a big business hotel so there are services according to. - The room was ok. The location was also ok. It took 15 minutes from the hotel to the center of St. Petursburg by car.

  we stayed at a room that is at street side. it was very comfortable, we had everything what we need. Location of hotel is central and convenient. Reception is at the third floor, don't surprise. The staff were very helpfull and the most important thing is all staff know english very well. The location is very central, it is easy to find, there are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, mall, shops around. I will dfinitely recommend it to my friends and will gladly stay in this hotel again.

We had superior room: spacious, with 2 windows looking to the Moika river. Very calm. Hot and cold water with tea@coffee on every floor. Everything is close- the Hermitage, Nevsky prospect, the Dome etc. Staff is very friendly, extremely helpful and polite. I'd like to commend Vasili,- an exceptionally professional receptionist. The hotel is full of character, decorated with taste which becomes the old building in the grand part of St. Petersburg. Very clean, has around the clock self-service stand of coffee and tea in the lobby, good internet connection.
