One person of the satff came with us to the police station to declare the robbery. We went to the police station with one of the hotel's car. The person was very nice.   excellent stay! i travel the world over, just about every week I'm in a new place but have never stayed at a Kempinski before. The staff we great. The room was great. I got upgraded and dont even know why as i dont have a Kempinski loyalty card - but i do now! Will definitely stay again.   Room comfort, location and parking are very good. Room is rather large and clean, everything in the room seems to be new. Bathroom is very large. - Very pleasant hotel near the beautiful park and Konstantinovsky Palace, very clean, quiet, with swimming pool.
