  As soon as I arrived, the receptionist (who helped me) spoke very good english and showed me my room. This made me feel at home straight away, as my russian is beginner level and quite poor. Very friendly and smiling person, I won't forget her, a pleasure to deal with. The Rooms are in two separate apartments.   This is a family-run hotel. Rooms have been recently refurbished to an excellent standard, great shower, bed and location.   The hotel was very well-located, near restaurants and transportation. We had a comfort room which was modern and spacious, with two large windows facing a quiet street with trees, a good armoire, desk, and sitting area. The staff was available 24/7 and friendly.
