  Absolutely perfect location. 3 minutes to Hermitage, 2 minutes to Nevsky prospect, 2 minutes to Church of our saviour on spilled blood 3minutes to Russian state museum ... so many amazing places around. Its pretty hard to find hostel so write down adress correctly. Hostel is pretty small so no chill out rooms. But kitchen, bathroom and rooms are... ce que les gens disent » really clean. Bed is comfortable. Personel who works there really try to help. Girls are very nice so for me 10/10. I DO recommend this hostel, don' - The location is superb - it's one block from the Church on Spilled Blood, and the Main Street Nevsky Prospekt, and 5 min walk to the Hermitage / Winter Palace. The staff are welcoming, friendly and keep the hostel very clean. We liked it so much (and found so much to do in St Petersburg) that we stayed a second week, and have already recommended it to other travellers. Thanks Natasha, Lena and Jane!

  Great location, just a few mins walk to the Hermitage and metro, and close to most of the sightseeing spots. Staffs are all friendly and helpful, speak good english. The place is very clean and cosy, just feel like home. Guests gather in the living room every night you can meet many new friends from all the world.   Excellent! The double room with Santa Clause on the fenster is very cosy. Plenty of space, good pillows, huge blanket, 4 spacy shower rooms - it all makes a good proof for the hostels' slogan Feels like home. Simplehostel made my staying quite memorable.   Very friendly staff with good English. Super clean, separate showers and toilets which helps avoid queues. Comfy bunks in dorm room - didn't squeak and move around like most dorm bunks! Excellent location, practically next door to the Hermitage.   Everything was satisfactory. Room was cozy and clean, wifi works perfect, morning meal is provided which is good, ladies in reception desk were really kind and nice, location was just perfect - so near to city center but not loud, and a good grocery store is just in 5 min.   It was a very pleasant stay at friends hostel. The one down side was that we had to move rooms after the first night due to noise on the bottom floor. Room was close to the social room and window nearest the hostel entrance. We stayed for 4 nights. The staff were very helpful and moved us to another room on an upper floor.
