Todo muy lindo! Inmejorable ubicacion en pleno centro de Moscu, pero en una callecita tranquila, rodeado de un precioso jardin. A 5 min. a pie de plaza Roja y Kremlin. El personal atento y eficiente, el cuarto muy limpio y amplio. Lo recomiendo a todos! -

Huge room with bedroom and office. Free WIFI, fridge -everything you need for a nice stay.
On the checkout we received discount because we booked the night but left late at the evening. It was great surprise - most of the hotels do not refund in this case.

The Arbat Hotel is centrally located near the Smolenskaya Metrostation and very close to the Arbat mainstreet. Friendly, helpful staff by Russian standards. Warm, clean, comfortable rooms and a good if unchanging breakfast.

I liked everything in this hotel. Starting from location - 5 minutes walking from Paveleckaya station. It is very convinient to get to hotel from any Moscow airport. Staff was very friendly. My room was upgraded for free. As I arrived after a terrible trip I was very grateful for that. Room was very big and clean. It has jacuzzi, two tv, little fridge, free minibar and everything other you might need during your stay. Also it has nice view.

The room was great. The hotel also has spa facilities and there was quite a variety for breakfast. There was also a choice of pillow, amde from different types of materials, if you were somehow dissatisfied with the comfort of your pillow. Complimentary bottled water for drinking was very much appreciated, and the mini bar was fully stocked.
The staff was very helpful, especially the concierge, who spoke English quite well, which is a rarity.

The location is great. Metro, airport express(from/to Sheremetievo) and supermarkets are all with minutes' walk and easy to find. Tourists can take Metro to reach almost all the hotspots of the city. It's also very convenient to go to other train stations. The english-speaking stuff is kind and willing to help. Wifi connection is good. -
