Просторные комфортные номера, очень чисто, есть все необходимое, кроме, может быть, утюга. Сотрудники приветливые, все знают английский. Хорошее расположение отеля практически в центре, но в тихом зеленом районе. Завтрак немного необычный, есть селедка:). Бар работает круглосуточно, полное ресторанное меню, можно поесть в любое время. -

For my opinion, this hotel is one of the best in Yekaterinburg. The staff is helpful and professional. Room design is modern and nice. Rooms are comfortable. Restaurant is really good. The hotel is located in the center of the city and at the same time - in quiet street nearby the Cathedral & the city park. -

The staff deserves a 5+ star rating, their reaction to the fault was perfect! They offered me to change the room and after i refused fixed the problem with the bath immediately, though asked if it would be convenient for me to do it at such late hour.
