  The hotel is located in quiet part of town away from the crowds, which makes it very pleasant. The staff was wonderful and eager to help in any way.   Position is very good for all walking tracks/trails. Close to the mini buses & all forms of outdoors eateries, lovely situation. We enjoyed our stay very much - Good location for access to both the national park and the town centre. Good breakfast.

  Staff were very friendly. Room was a generous size and we had a beautiful view of the mountains. Location next to Aquapark was convenient (and great that it was free for hotel residents).   We were really impressed by the pensjonat as it resembled a 2-3 star hotel in most European countries.   This hotel is right in the center of Zakopane on walking distance of thebusstation. Quite at night. The people at the reception are veryfriendly and helpful and do speak English. We liked the buffetbreakfast. - The hotel has a definite communist feel about it. Loved the radio that filled a small portion of the room.
